Gemlik Factory, with its 560 employees, produces products that are used safely in both domestic and export markets, especially for energy.

Gemlik HSAW Pipe Factory, which was commissioned in 2011 and is one of the world's leading facilities in terms of technology, supplies oil and gas pipes to international infrastructure and energy projects. In addition, it is the only facility in Europe that can produce 24.5m long line pipes.

Halkalı Factory, which produces industrial pipes and profiles, offers products to many sectors from automotive to household appliances, from furniture to bicycles with 385 employees.

The Vobarno Factory is a well-known supplier in the European automotive industry, specializing in the production of high value-added cold-drawn special pipes.

Built with an investment of USD150 million, the Baytown Plant manufactures the steel pipes used in oil, natural gas exploration, and extraction wells and pipelines. Recipient of the “Technology Supplier of the Year” award in 2014 and “Best Pipe Manufacturer” award in 2015, 2017, and 2020 at the American Metal Market’s “Steel Excellence Awards”.

Built in 2016 in the Bursa Organized Industrial Zone on an area of 10,000 sq.m., Bursa Plant processes the special pipes to prepare them for use in the various engine parts of motor vehicles including dampers, seats, driving wheels, etc., creating faster and more effective solutions to meet the needs of customers.

Europe's single fully automated production and surface preparation line Gemlik Automotive Plant produces cold-drawn special pipes for the OEM and the automotive supplier industry in Turkey and Europe.

The mill in Panama City manufactures longitudinally-welded, large-diameter pipes on the 12-meter line per the three-roll bending process. Pipes can be double joined to 24 meters in length and coated.

Our plant in Mobile started operations in 2008. This is where up to 24-meter-long spirally-welded, large-diameter pipes are manufactured and coated.
